PRODUCT RESERVATION

THIS listing is specifically for regular vault customers. 

This listing is to secure your product reservation or specific item being ordered in. 

The cost is 15p which covers the transaction fees on our end.

The amount you pay to reserve will vary depending on the price of your reserved order but the total will be deducted from your purchase when your item is ready to collect or post minus the 15p transactional charge. 

THIS purchase is £ towards your reserved item and secures your reservation.

This cost does not affect the £30 min spend limit to receive free postage.

(if your order is £34, and you have paid £5 to reserve thus taking off £5 the total at checkout making your total at checkout £29 although your order in total is over the min spend for free postage you will still be charged postage) 

With your order number presented at check out £ will be removed from your bill and this item will be marked as 'fulfilled' on our website you will also receive an email to say this item has been collected / fulfilled.

For online orders you will receive a discount code that removes your pre paid amount from your total bill and the reservation purchase will be marked the same, you will also receive an email to say the transaction has been completed and the regular email which includes tracking. 

It is your responsibility to write in the notes section at reservation checkout which item you are reserving and ensure owner is aware of which item / items you have reserved in this way. the website will provide an order number which we can relate to your reservation.

For multiple item reservations, please select applicable option and include all items in the notes. 

Failure to collect or order via the website your reserved item within 2 weeks of item arriving in store or 2 weeks after official release date will result in loss of pre paid reservation price,

Confirmation will be given upon receiving confirmation from the workshop rep that all allocations have been secured. 

Once numbers are confirmed you will then be asked to purchase the reservation product from website to secure your reservation.

If the product is still available after 2 weeks you will still be able to purchase the item but at full price. This has been implemented to prevent many 'reservations' or 'orders for specific items' and little collections of said items leaving us out of pocket.
