The vault reserves the rights to amend and change the pricing, rewards and entitlements without notice. 

The vault membership is non transferable between parties. 

Your membership will be cancelled without notice if at any time staff feel this programme is being abused by participants.

Please kindly note the vault membership programme is currently in testing phase and will be updated from time to time.

THE VAULT MEMBERSHIP – TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers who purchase a membership from The Vault / The Gaming Vault (“The Vault”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By purchasing and maintaining an active Vault Membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. THE VAULT MEMBERSHIP

The Vault Membership is a monthly subscription service providing members with access to benefits, offers and services according to their chosen membership tier.

Membership benefits may relate to Pokémon, Warhammer and other eligible products or services offered by The Vault.

The benefits available to you depend on the membership tier you have purchased.

Membership benefits are personal to the member and may not be transferred, shared, resold or used commercially unless we have agreed otherwise.

2. MEMBERSHIP TIERS

The Vault currently offers three membership tiers:

Vault BRONZE – £4.99 per month

Vault SILVER – £7.99 per month

Vault GOLD – £11.99 per month

Vault PLATINUM - £14.99 per month

The exact benefits included with each tier will be displayed on the relevant membership product page at the time of purchase.

Higher membership tiers may provide additional benefits, enhanced access, improved trade-in values, increased Vault Credit earning rates, reservation privileges, pre-order opportunities, member rewards or other benefits.

3. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENT

Memberships operate as monthly recurring subscriptions.

By purchasing a membership, you authorise us and/or our payment provider to automatically charge the applicable membership fee to your chosen payment method each month until the membership is cancelled.

Your subscription will normally renew on or around the same date each month as your original subscription date.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains valid and that sufficient funds are available.

If a payment fails, membership benefits may be suspended until payment has successfully been received.

We may cancel a membership where repeated payment attempts fail.

4. CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

You may cancel your membership at any time.

Cancellation prevents future subscription payments but does not normally provide a refund for membership time already paid for, except where required by law.

Your membership benefits will normally remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for.

After the membership expires, you will no longer be entitled to membership benefits, including any member-only reservation or pre-order privileges.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights, including any cancellation rights that may apply to contracts entered into online.

5. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

Membership benefits may include, depending on your tier:

  Access to member-only WhatsApp communities and notifications;
  
• 
  Early notifications about products, stock and releases;
  
• 
  Ability to reserve eligible products;
  
• 
  Ability to request or access eligible pre-orders;
  
• 
  Enhanced trade-in values;
  
• 
  Vault Credit benefits;
  
• 
  Member-only offers, promotions or products;
  
• 
  Priority or enhanced access to certain products;
  
• 
  Periodic member rewards;
  
• 
  Warhammer-related membership benefits;
  
• 
  Pokémon-related membership benefits; and
  
• 
  Other benefits introduced by The Vault.
  

Membership does not guarantee that any particular product will be available.

Products remain subject to stock availability, supplier allocations and any restrictions imposed by manufacturers, distributors or suppliers.

6. RESERVATIONS

Where your membership tier includes reservation privileges, you may be permitted to reserve selected products before general sale.

Reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

We may place limits on the quantity of products that individual members can reserve, particularly for limited, allocated or high-demand products.

We may also require reserved products to be collected or paid for within a specified period.

If a member repeatedly reserves products and fails to purchase or collect them, we reserve the right to restrict or remove that member's reservation privileges.

Reservations must not be used primarily for commercial resale or to circumvent product limits.

7. PRE-ORDERS

Where your membership tier provides pre-order access, this gives you the opportunity to request or purchase eligible products through The Vault.

Membership does not guarantee allocation of a particular product.

All pre-orders remain subject to availability, supplier allocation, manufacturer restrictions and any applicable purchase limits.

Where demand exceeds the quantity allocated to The Vault, we may limit quantities per customer or use another reasonable allocation method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel excessive orders which we reasonably believe are intended to circumvent purchase limits.

8. MEMBER-ONLY PRODUCTS & EARLY ACCESS

Certain products may occasionally be offered to members before being made available to non-members.

Early access does not guarantee availability.

The Vault may determine which membership tiers receive access to particular products and may impose quantity limits.

Products advertised as member-only may subsequently become available to the general public.

9. TRADE-IN VALUES

Certain membership tiers may qualify for enhanced trade-in values.

Trade-in values are determined by The Vault and may take into account factors including condition, demand, current market value, stock levels and whether payment is provided as cash, store credit or Vault Credit.

Membership does not guarantee that The Vault will purchase any particular item.

We reserve the right to refuse any trade-in.

Any enhanced member trade-in rate applies only while the relevant membership is active and subject to the trade-in terms applicable at the time.

10. VAULT CREDIT

Eligible membership tiers may earn or receive Vault Credit.

Vault Credit is a promotional/store credit provided by The Vault and is not a bank account, savings account, investment product or financial service.

References to “credit”, “interest”, “rates”, “deposits”, “The Vault” or similar banking-style terminology used in our branding or advertising are promotional terminology only.

Vault Credit has no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise and cannot normally be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.

Vault Credit may only be redeemed against eligible purchases from The Vault and may be subject to additional promotional terms.

Vault Credit cannot be sold or transferred between customers without our permission.

We may correct Vault Credit that has been awarded as a result of an error, refund, cancelled transaction, abuse or fraudulent activity.

11. MEMBER REWARDS

Certain membership tiers may receive periodic or quarterly member rewards.

The contents and value of rewards may vary.

Images used to advertise rewards may be illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where a particular reward becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with a reasonably comparable alternative.

Unless specifically advertised otherwise, membership rewards have no cash alternative.

12. WHATSAPP & COMMUNITY GROUPS

Membership may provide access to private Vault WhatsApp groups or other member communities.

Members must communicate respectfully with staff and other members.

We may remove members from community groups for abusive, threatening, discriminatory, illegal, fraudulent, excessively disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.

Members must not use Vault groups to spam, advertise unrelated businesses, scam other members, harvest customer information or send unsolicited private messages.

Removal from a community group because of serious misconduct does not automatically entitle the member to a refund.

13. MEMBERSHIP MISUSE

Membership benefits are intended for genuine customers of The Vault.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership where we reasonably believe a member is:

  abusing membership benefits;
  
• 
  deliberately circumventing purchase limits;
  
• 
  creating multiple accounts to obtain additional allocations;
  
• 
  fraudulently obtaining discounts, credit or rewards;
  
• 
  using another person's membership without permission;
  
• 
  using reservations or pre-orders primarily to secure stock for unauthorised commercial resale;
  
• 
  threatening or abusing staff or other members; or
  
• 
  otherwise using the membership fraudulently or unlawfully.
  

Any decision to suspend or terminate membership will be made reasonably and will not affect any statutory rights the customer may have.

14. MEMBERSHIP PRICES

Membership prices may change in the future.

If we change the recurring price of an existing membership, we will provide affected members with appropriate notice before the new price takes effect and comply with applicable consumer law.

Members who do not wish to continue at the new price may cancel their membership before the change takes effect.

15. CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

We may update or modify membership benefits from time to time, for example because of supplier restrictions, product availability, operational changes or the introduction of new benefits.

We will not deliberately make significant detrimental changes to an existing paid membership without appropriate notice.

Where a material change substantially affects the membership a customer purchased, we will handle the change in accordance with applicable consumer law.

16. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Membership does not guarantee stock.

Products including Pokémon Trading Card Game products, Warhammer products and other limited releases may be subject to restricted supply or supplier allocation.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive the quantities requested or expected.

Where necessary, we may introduce reasonable purchase limits to distribute limited products fairly amongst customers.

17. THIRD-PARTY BRANDS

The Vault sells products produced by third-party manufacturers and brands.

Membership of The Vault does not create a membership of, partnership with, sponsorship by or endorsement from those manufacturers unless expressly stated.

Pokémon, Warhammer and other third-party names, trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

18. REFUNDS

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the relevant membership period has begun, subject always to your statutory rights.

Refunds for physical products purchased using membership benefits are governed by our normal returns policy and applicable UK consumer law.

Where a qualifying purchase is refunded, any Vault Credit, reward or other benefit earned from that purchase may also be reversed.

19. ONLINE CANCELLATION RIGHTS

If you purchase your membership online, you may have a legal right to cancel your contract within 14 days under UK consumer law.

Where you specifically request or choose to begin receiving membership services or benefits during the cancellation period, the amount refundable may be affected to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or restrict any rights provided to you by law.

20. DATA & PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with your membership will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law.

If you choose to join a WhatsApp community or similar service, your use of that service may also be subject to the privacy terms and functionality of the relevant third-party platform.

21. MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT

You are responsible for ensuring that information associated with your membership is accurate.

We may ask you to provide reasonable evidence of your membership when claiming benefits in store.

Membership benefits may only be used while the subscription is active.

22. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

Membership discounts, promotional codes and other offers cannot necessarily be combined.

Where an offer has separate promotional terms, those terms will apply alongside these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or promotional errors.

23. OUR LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including supplier shortages, manufacturer allocations, delivery disruption or cancellation of third-party product releases.

24. TERMINATION OF THE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMME

If The Vault decides to permanently discontinue the membership programme, active members will be given reasonable notice where practicable.

Where we end a membership before the end of a period already paid for and cannot continue providing the relevant service, an appropriate refund or alternative remedy will be provided where required.

25. FAIR USE

The Vault Membership is designed to reward and provide additional services to genuine members of our community.

We may introduce reasonable fair-use restrictions where necessary to protect stock availability, prevent abuse and ensure that membership benefits remain sustainable and reasonably available to other members.

Any restrictions will be applied reasonably and consistently.

26. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.

The latest version will be made available through our website.

Where a change materially affects an existing member's subscription or rights, we will provide appropriate notice where required.

27. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Customers retain any mandatory consumer rights regarding where legal proceedings may be brought.
