LiPo batteries can be rather sensitive bits of kit. Treat them well and they will last for many years, mistreat them and you can end up with a dead battery, or worse. One key feature of responsible LiPo ownership is not letting individual LiPo cells drop beneath a minimum cell voltage. A general recommendation is not to let LiPo cells drop below 3.0V each. The simplest way to tackle this on the Airsoft Field is to have two, decently sized batteries – one for the morning session and one for the afternoon. If you want to squeeze every last bit of available energy from each individual battery, it is recommended to fir a LiPo Alarm to your battery to receive cell voltage information.

This LiPo Alarm will provide an audible warning when cell voltages on a connected Lithium Battery drop below a chosen limit. Able to work with 1s-8s (3.7v – 29.6v) Lithium Batteries, simply fit the batteries balance lead to the alarm to get current read-outs on total, and individual cell voltages.
